WASHINGTON, Sept 17 (Reuters) – The head of the Federal Aviation Administration said the agency expects about a $100 million impact from tariffs on the government’s more than $12.5 billion air traffic control modernization plan.
FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford said the $100 million was in total for modernization efforts and said two radar suppliers Raytheon and Indra Group were moving radar production to US facilities in Florida and Kansas City respectively.
