(Reuters) -Australia’s Iress confirmed on Friday that it was in early stages of discussion with Blackstone and Thoma Bravo for a potential offer for the financial software firm.
Blackstone had previously approached the company, offering A$10.50 cash per share to Iress shareholders but the offer was later withdrawn.
