Report: Knicks’ Jalen Brunson undergoes wrist surgery

Knicks star Jalen Brunson is recovering from ​surgery on his ‌injured left wrist, The Athletic reported on Tuesday.

The All-Star ‌point ​guard ⁠experienced discomfort during ⁠New York’s run to the NBA championship last ​month.

Brunson, 29, is expected to ⁠resume ⁠basketball activities later ​this summer, according ​to the report.

The Finals ‌MVP averaged a league-high 28.4 points during ⁠the Knicks’ 16-3 playoff march to their ⁠first ‌title in ⁠53 years.

Brunson averaged ​26.0 ‌points, 6.8 ​assists and ⁠3.3 rebounds in 74 games (all starts) during the regular season.
