South Korea’s liberal presidential candidate Lee has 49.3% of votes

SEOUL (Reuters) -With 99.2% of votes counted in South Korea’s snap presidential election, liberal candidate Lee Jae-myung has 49.3% of votes, according to National Election Commission data on Wednesday.
