Report: Former Bears GM Ryan Pace joins Vikings

Former Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace has joined the ​NFC North rival ‌Minnesota Vikings’ front office, ESPN reported Tuesday.

New Vikings general manager Nolan Teasley hired ‌Pace ​this week ⁠as a football ⁠adviser, according to the report.

Pace, 49, was the GM for the ​Bears from 2015-21 before spending the ⁠past four seasons ⁠with the Atlanta ​Falcons. He was the ​vice president of football ‌operations and player personnel for Atlanta from 2024-25nolan

Pace will serve as ⁠a “GM-level sounding board” for Teasley, per ESPN. Teasley, 42, was ⁠hired ‌earlier this ⁠month after 14 years ​with ‌the Seattle Seahawks. ​Teasley ⁠spent the past three seasons as the assistant GM for the reigning Super Bowl champions.
