UK house prices rose by 1.2% in year to February, ONS says

April 22 (Reuters) – British house prices rose ​by ‌1.2% in the year to February, ‌after ​a ⁠1.0% increase ⁠in the year to January, the Office ​for National Statistics ⁠said ⁠on Wednesday.

Average ​UK monthly ​private rents increased ‌by 3.4% in the year ⁠to March, compared with 3.6% the ⁠12 ‌months ⁠to February, ​the ‌ONS said, ​marking the ⁠smallest rise in four years.
