Wall St opens mixed as investors weigh data, Middle East war

March 13 (Reuters) – Wall Street’s main stock indexes opened ​mixed on ‌Friday, after sharp losses in the previous session, while ‌investors ​assessed a ⁠set of ⁠economic data releases to gauge the interest rate outlook ​as the Middle East conflict ⁠widens.

The ⁠Dow Jones Industrial ​Average rose 11.4 ​points, or 0.02%, at ‌the open to 46,689.24. The S&P 500 ⁠fell 0.9 points, or 0.01%, at the open ⁠to ‌6,673.49, while ⁠the Nasdaq ​Composite ‌rose 113.7 points, ​or 0.51%, ⁠to 22,425.704 at the opening bell.
