The Dallas Cowboys dealt away a pair of defensive linemen on Wednesday.

Dallas traded defensive lineman Solomon Thomas to the Tennessee Titans, where he’ll reunite with former New York Jets coach Robert ‌Saleh, and the Cowboys sent Osa Odighizuwa west to join the San Francisco 49ers.

The Cowboys agreed to a seventh-round pick swap with the Titans before obtaining a third-rounder from the 49ers on Wednesday.

Odighizuwa, ‌27, was originally a third-round draft pick by Dallas in 2021 and made 76 starts among his 84 appearances on the Cowboys’ front. He amassed 216 tackles (34 for loss), 17.0 sacks and two forced fumbles in his Dallas tenure. That includes 44 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 17 games (13 starts) in 2025.

Thomas, the No. 3 overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft by the 49ers, recorded 239 tackles, 18.5 sacks and 36 tackles for loss in 131 career games (36 starts). Last season with the Cowboys, he ‌played in 16 games (two starts) and compiled 10 tackles (three for loss), one pass defended and a pair of QB hits.

Saleh, who left the San Francisco 49ers to become the Titans’ head coach on Jan. 23, coached Thomas for 2 1/2 seasons with the Jets. Thomas, 30, has also played for new ‌Tennessee defensive run coordinator/defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton. In 2023, Thomas collected a career-high five ‌sacks along with 31 tackles for the Jets.

In other Titans news, NFL Network reported that kicker Joey Slye is re-signing on a one-year deal. Slye, who turns 30 on April 10, connected on 80% of his field-goal attempts in 2025 and has made 81.4% over his seven-year career.
