Feb 25 (Reuters) – The United States and Burkina Faso signed a five-year bilateral health cooperation memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening regional health security and improving the African nation’s ability to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, the U.S. State Department said on Wednesday.
