SANTIAGO, Jan 6 (Reuters) – Chilean President-elect Jose Antonio Kast is planning on appointing economist Jorge Quiroz as his finance minister, local newspaper Diario Financiero reported on Tuesday.
The newspaper cited multiple sources who attended a meeting between the president-elect and local business people on Tuesday morning. Kast is set to take power on March 11.
