Dec 29 (Reuters) – SoftBank is in advanced talks to acquire DigitalBridge, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
SoftBank could announce an agreement as soon as Monday, the report said.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
