US unseals charges against bankrupt Tricolor’s executives over fraud

Dec 17 (Reuters) – U.S. prosecutors ‍on Wednesday unsealed an indictment charging ‌the executives ‌of bankrupt auto dealer Tricolor Holdings in ​connection to ‍a ​fraud scheme.

The ​indictment named ‍the company’s founder Daniel Chu as ‍well as executives David ‍Goodgame, Jerome ‍Kollar, ​and ​Ameryn ⁠Seibold.
