By Thomson Reuters Oct 17, 2025 | 5:31 AM

(Reuters) -Autoliv, the world’s largest producer of airbags and seatbelts, reported a third-quarter adjusted operating profit above market expectations on Friday and said it had recovered around 75% of the tariff-related costs in the quarter.

Adjusted operating profit grew to $271 million in the quarter, from $237 million a year earlier, beating analysts’ mean forecast of $248 million provided by Autoliv.

However, Stockholm-listed shares of the dual-listed company were down 3% following the announcement, around a percentage point lower than they had been trading at before the publication.
