(Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump intends to nominate Ohio Solicitor General T. Elliot Gaiser to be the assistant attorney general leading the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, the New York Times reported on Wednesday, citing a Justice Department official.
