THE HAGUE (Reuters) – The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Wednesday announced he would seek an arrest warrant for Myanmar’s current military leader Min Aung Hlaing for crimes against humanity linked to the alleged persecution and deportations committed against the Rohingya a mainly Muslim minority.
More arrest warrant requests for other Myanmar officials will follow, the prosecutor said in a statement.
