WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden will attend the inauguration of the next U.S. president in January regardless of who wins next Tuesday’s election, White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters on Wednesday, vowing a peaceful transfer of power.
