(Reuters) – Yum Brands said on Thursday it would be removing fresh onions from its meals at select Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC restaurants out of “abundance of caution” following an E.coli outbreak tied to McDonald’s Quarter Pounder hamburgers.
