(Reuters) – Pfizer intends to offload about 540 million shares in the British consumer healthcare company Haleon, a bookrunner said on Monday.
The proposed sale will reduce the top shareholder’s interest in Sensodyne-maker Haleon to 16.2% from 22.6%.
