By Thomson Reuters Sep 16, 2026 | 5:28 PM

Sept 16 (Reuters) – Holtec Nuclear has suspended its planned U.S. initial public offering, Bloomberg ‌News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The IPO was put ‌on hold because of market conditions, the report said, citing one of the people.

Holtec did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment. Reuters couldn’t immediately verify the report.

The nuclear technology company was set to headline the first ‌full week of the fall window, traditionally one of the busiest stretches for new listings.

Holtec was seeking up to $900 million by ‌offering 50 million shares for between $15 and $18 ‌apiece in the IPO, which was expected to be priced on Thursday.
