Sept 15 (Reuters) – Chinese-owned seed giant Syngenta Group has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong IPO and is considering raising about $5 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
