Sept 1 (Reuters) – Nestle said on Tuesday it has agreed to divest its mainstream vitamins, minerals and supplements business to U.S.-based Yellow Wood Partners for $1 billion.
The deal includes seven brands and the U.S. private-label supplements business, the company added.
