Nestle to divest mainstream supplements business for $1 billion

Sept 1 (Reuters) – Nestle said ​on ‌Tuesday it has agreed ‌to ​divest ⁠its mainstream ⁠vitamins, minerals and supplements business ​to ⁠U.S.-based ⁠Yellow Wood ​Partners ​for $1 billion.

The deal ‌includes seven brands ⁠and the U.S. private-label ⁠supplements business, ‌the ⁠company ​added.
