Verizon bids $3.2 billion to win US spectrum licenses

WASHINGTON, June 26 (Reuters) – Verizon Communications ​successfully ‌bid nearly $3.2 billion for wireless ‌licenses ​in ⁠a Federal ⁠Communications Commission auction for mid-band spectrum, ​the agency ⁠said ⁠Friday.

AT&T, T-Mobile ​and Space ​X also won ‌spectrum licenses in the ⁠auction that raised about $3.5 billion. ⁠T-Mobile successfully ‌bid $278 ⁠million, ​T-Mobile $121 ‌million and ​Space X $8.5 ⁠million, the FCC said.
