SpaceX could seek IPO valuation of over $1.75 trillion, Bloomberg says

Feb 27 (Reuters) – Elon Musk’s SpaceX is aiming ​to file ‌confidentially for an initial public offering that could value ‌the ​rocket ⁠and satellite company ⁠at more than $1.75 trillion, Bloomberg News reported on ​Friday, citing people familiar with ⁠the ⁠matter.

The filing could ​come as soon ​as March, Bloomberg said, ‌in what would rank among the largest ⁠IPOs in history.

SpaceX, which acquired Musk’s artificial-intelligence ⁠startup ‌xAI, did ⁠not immediately ​respond ‌to a Reuters ​request ⁠for comment.
