Vietnam’s Sun PhuQuoc airways signs $22.5 billion deal for 40 Dreamliner jets

HANOI, Feb 19 (Reuters) – Vietnam’s Sun ​PhuQuoc ‌Airways has signed a $22.5 ‌billion ​deal ⁠with Boeing ⁠to buy 40 787-9 Dreamliner jets, ​it said ⁠on ⁠Thursday.

The ​new aircraft ​would allow the ‌firm to operate intercontinental ⁠services, including flights between ⁠the U.S. ‌and ⁠Vietnam, ​in ‌the future, ​it ⁠said in a statement.
