Taiwan’s ASE sees its advanced packaging business doubling to $3.2 billion in 2026

TAIPEI, Feb 5 (Reuters) – ASE Technology Holding, the ‍world’s largest chip packaging and testing provider, on Thursday said ‌it expects ‌its leading-edge advanced packaging business to double in size to $3.2 billion ​in 2026.

The Taiwanese company ‍made ​the comment on ​a conference call ‍following its quarterly earnings, which saw it report fourth-quarter revenue ‍of T$177.9 billion ($5.62 billion), up 9.6% from ‍a ‍year earlier. ​It booked ​a ⁠58% rise ‌in net income.
