Patriots WR Mack Hollins active for AFC title game vs. Broncos

New England Patriots receiver Mack Hollins is active for Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos after being ‍sidelined with an abdomen injury.

Hollins last played on Dec. 21 when he was injured against the Baltimore Ravens. He missed New England’s final two regular-season games and its first two playoff encounters.

Hollins, 32, ‌was activated off injured reserve on ‌Saturday. He had 46 receptions for 550 yards and two touchdowns before the injury.

Linebacker Marte Mapu (hip) also is active for the Patriots. He was listed ​as questionable on the club’s Friday injury report.

New England’s inactives are outside linebacker Harold ‍Landry (knee), cornerback Kobee Minor, ​receiver Efton Chism, tight end C.J. ​Dippre, guard Caedan Wallace and tackle Marcus Bryant.

As for ‍Denver, center Luke Wattenberg (shoulder) is active after missing the past three games (two regular season, one postseason) due to a shoulder injury. He played every offensive snap for the club ‍over the first 15 games.

Wattenberg, 28, was activated from injured reserve on Saturday.

The Denver inactives are receivers ‍Troy Franklin (hamstring) ‍and Michael Bandy, center Alex Forsyth (ankle), ​defensive end Sai’Vion Jones, defensive lineman ​Jordan ⁠Jackson, inside linebacker Karene Reid and ‌safety JL Skinner (quadriceps).

The Broncos are playing without standout quarterback Bo Nix, who broke an ankle in last week’s divisional-round overtime win over the Buffalo Bills. Jarrett Stidham is Denver’s starting quarterback on Sunday.
