Syrian defence ministry says 11 soldiers killed, 25 wounded in attacks by Kurdish-led SDF after ceasefire

CAIRO, Jan 21 (Reuters) – The Syrian defence ministry ‍said on Wednesday that 11 soldiers were killed and more than ‌25 wounded ‌in attacks by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) after an announced ​ceasefire, state media reported.

The ‍state ​news agency later ​published a list ‍of the soldiers’ names and the locations of their killing.

The ‍government announced a four-day ceasefire following a ‍new ‍agreement with ​the SDF ​starting ⁠from 2000 local ‌time on Tuesday.
