Magnitude 5.1 earthquake strikes Yunnan in southwest China, CENC says

BEIJING, Jan 19 (Reuters) – A magnitude 5.1 ‍earthquake jolted the southwestern Chinese province of ‌Yunnan on ‌Monday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Centre (CENC).

The epicentre ​was in a ‍county ​in Zhaotong ​in northeastern ‍Yunnan at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), ‍CENC data showed.

There was no immediate ‍report ‍of ​casualties or ​damages.
