WASHINGTON, Jan 15 (Reuters) – U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said on Thursday that Charles Wall will become the deputy director of the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency as outgoing ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan is leaving to run for Congress.
