Biopharmaceutical firm Veradermics files for US IPO

Jan 9 (Reuters) – Biopharmaceutical company Veradermics filed for ‍an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.

U.S. IPOs ‌are likely ‌to gain momentum this year if anticipated interest-rate cuts boost investor ​confidence and risk appetite.

Biopharmaceutical ‍company Eikon ​Therapeutics also ​filed for a ‍U.S. IPO earlier in the day.

Veradermics plans to list on the ‍New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “MANE.”

Jefferies, ‍Citigroup ‍and Leerink ​Partners are ​the  ⁠underwriters for the ‌offering.
