Comcast completes spinoff of Versant Media Group

Jan 5 (Reuters) – Comcast on ‍Monday said it has ‌completed ‌the spinoff of Versant Media Group into a ‍separate public company, effective ‍as of Friday.

Versant will start ‍regular trading on Monday ‍on ‍Nasdaq under the ⁠ticker ‌symbol VSNT.
