US proposes to resolve claims against LivCor over alleged anticompetitive practices

WASHINGTON, Dec 23 (Reuters) – The U.S. ‍Justice Department said on Tuesday it filed a ‌proposed ‌consent decree to resolve U.S. claims against LivCor, a ​Blackstone portfolio company, ‍over ​alleged anticompetitive ​practices in ‍housing rental markets.

In early January, the Justice Department ‍sued six large landlords, including ‍LivCor, ‍over alleged ​information ​sharing ⁠and algorithmic ‌coordination.
