Bills add 4-time Pro Bowl DE Matthew Judon to practice squad

The Buffalo Bills signed four-time Pro Bowl defensive end Matthew Judon to their practice squad ‍on Saturday.

Judon was waived by the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday and visited the Bills on Friday.

Judon, 33, recorded 19 tackles and one pass defensed in ‌13 games (three starts) during ‌his lone season with the Dolphins. He was credited with just nine total pressures this season by Pro Football Focus, which ​would rank in the bottom five of the 112 outside ‍linebackers graded by the ​site.

A Pro Bowl selection ​in four consecutive seasons — 2019-20 with Baltimore ‍and 2021-22 with New England — Judon has totaled 72 sacks, 429 tackles, nine forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in 144 career games (100 ‍starts) with the Ravens, Patriots, Atlanta Falcons and Dolphins.

Also Saturday, the Bills released defensive ‍end ‍Morgan Fox.

Fox, 31, was ​elevated from the practice squad ​for ⁠one game this season ‌with Buffalo.

He has totaled 183 tackles and 27.5 sacks in 121 career games (34 starts) with the Los Angeles Rams, Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Chargers and Bills.
