(Reuters) -A magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck off the east coast of the Kamchatka region in Russia on Tuesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.
The quake was at a depth of 28 km (17.4 miles), EMSC said.
