(Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social on Wednesday that he was nominating Emil Bove, a lawyer who previously defended Trump in a criminal case stemming from hush money paid to a porn star, to serve as a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
