South Korea sanctions Chinese nationals, HK, Russian entities over North Korea shipments

SEOUL (Reuters) – South Korea said on Thursday it has imposed sanctions against Hong Kong and Russian entities, alongside two Chinese nationals, for involvement in operating vessels in violation of a U.N. Security Council resolution against North Korea.
