Student loan, Pell grant programs still to be run by Education Department, White House says

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Student loan and Pell grant programs will still be run by the U.S. Department of Education, the White House said on Thursday, as President Trump prepared to sign a executive order aimed at shutting down the federal agency.
