(Reuters) – Multiple casualties were feared after a stampede-like incident broke out at a Hindu religious festival, the Maha Kumbh Mela, in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, India’s The Hindu newspaper reported early hours, citing news agency PTI.
