MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexico and the United States are nearing an agreement for non-Mexican migrants to be deported directly to their home countries rather than Mexico, President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Wednesday, while pledging to work with U.S. authorities.
