(Reuters) -The operating system that powers Meta Quest headsets can now be used by third-party hardware makers, Meta Platforms said on Monday.
Meta Horizon OS combines the core technologies powering mixed reality experiences like gesture tracking and high-resolution pass-through, Meta said.
It added that firms like Asus, Lenovo and Microsoft’s Xbox are developing devices on the platform.
