SEC sues ex-Lordstown Motors CEO over merger statements

(Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission sued ex-Lordstown Motors Chief Executive Stephen Burns on Friday, over when it said were inaccurate statements when the electric vehicle maker went public in 2020.
