PRAGUE (Reuters) – Tests showed two new bird flu outbreaks at Czech farms where around 70,000 poultry would need to be culled, Agriculture Minister Marek Vyborny said on X social media platform on Wednesday.

The outbreaks were the fifth and sixth discovered at commercial farms so far in 2024, the State Veterinary Administration said in a separate release.
