Musk’s Neuralink switches location of incorporation – Bloomberg News

By Thomson Reuters Feb 9, 2024 | 4:06 PM

(Reuters) -Elon Musk’s brain-chip implant company, Neuralink, changed its location of incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing office of the Nevada secretary of state and a notice sent to shareholders.

The development comes about a week after Musk said Tesla would hold a shareholder vote to transfer its state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware after a judge invalidated his $56 billion pay package.

Nevada secretary of state’s office and Neuralink did not immediately respond to Reuters’ requests for comment.
